Torchlight Parade

When we can make it downtown for the Torchlight Parade, we really enjoy going! This year Jon and Maryanne reserved a spot in the new parking lot across the street from the Ridpath, which turned out to be a great spot. Because the parade is mostly in the dark, I didn't get many pictures. But here is what I got. Madeleine spent most of the evening playing with Audrianna because Kambria and Eli fell asleep. :) And Madeleine's favorite float was the butterfly one, so luckily I got a decent picture of it for her. So, here you go!!

In case you're unaware, the Torchlight Parade is held each year to honor our servicemen/women who fight for our freedom while we sit at home and enjoy it. Remember to say "thank you", and remember to stand at the parade as they go past you!
