Notice... I'm not at work!

Yeah, that's right. I'm at home today. Why? Because I have tonsillitis. Now, I know of one person, and her daughter, with whom I closely associate outside of work, who had the same symptoms last week. My guess is that she gave it to me. And seeing how it's highly contagious, I'm going to go ahead and give her credit. But I won't mention any names... she knows who she is.

So, while the Penicillin works its magic, I'm stuck at home. Madeleine's at daycare, which broke my heart bc I'd love to be with her, but I don't want her to get sick. George is at work, which leaves me here all by myself. I guess, if nothing else, I'll either do some homework or go pull nails out of the walls. :o) Now, now... don't be jealous. You, too, could come pull nails out of the walls! LOL

I've already received a message on my cell phone from one of my coworkers today about how it's not the same without me there and that she misses me. :o) *sigh* Yup, I love my job!

In light of my tonsillitis, I have to postpone surgery for a week or so. That will give the Penicillin a fair chance to run its course. Then I'll go in for surgery and all will be well.

Okay, I suppose I should go be productive... talk to you later!
