Okay, so I have tried and tried and triiiiiiiied to change the background on my blog because, quite frankly, mine's outdated. But I can't seem to get the cutestblogontheblock site to work for me. So, in short, I need help!! Please tell me how to get my background changed because every time I try it just takes me to this sample page and gives me no options to change mine. It's annoying. Please help!
